My daughter has an inspector coming tomorrow. They've sold their house. My father was there today to do some last minute touch-ups and caulked around the transmitter part of the garage door opener. Now it's not working. Can't imagine that's the real issue but bottom line, it's not working. Is this a deal breaker with an inspector? Short of buying a new one, they've done everything they can think of. And she WILL replace it if needed but she's freaking out right now thinking her house won't pass inspection. Will they even check something like that? I don't think she has anything to worry about.
