New constuction sealing outside walls when being built

I was wondering if there is a good website that explains areas of outside walls that should be caulked to prevent air infiltration, such as the bottom or top plates and inside and or outside before or after sheeting. Also just general ideas on sealing up a new home as its being built. I think the insulation will be a closed cell spray on which is an air barrier. I also know that if a home is too tight you need to have an air exchanger system. If anyone has any opinions or suggestions of a good website that I could explore to learn more I would appreciate it.
Thanks , Glenn
