Name that style...

Can anyone identify the style of the houses in the pictures below? Or better yet, know of a source for plans for similarly styled homes?

We're considering building in a town of predominantly older homes (18th, 19th century New England) and think something like these would fit in better. Can't seem to locate them on the major plan sites. Not sure if there's a keyword style to include in our search.

I think the first is a craftsman bungalow, albeit a bit large for what I think of as bungalow.

The form of the second reminds me of a gabled ell colonial, but with a farmhouse wrap-around porch. But most gabled-ell colonials I've seen are much simpler dressed. The tapered porch columns and dormer shapes seem more Craftsman. Especially with the stone and siding choices. Probably a one-of-a-kind custom mashup of styles. Any ideas?

Know of any architects/designers doing this sort of work these days?
