Modern house plans and plan sites tend to not be all that historically correct. And all the existing styles at the time tended to be adapted to the new style.

First one is an odd mix of cape code, bungalow and half timber. True architectural styles can be found in this book.

A "bungalow" is a house type rather than a style. It describes a small low-roofed 1 or 1 1/2 story (dormer) house usually with a full width open front porch.

A Craftsman Style house can be a bungalow or a larger 2 story house.

The Cape Cod style is 1 1/2 story with no dormers, porches, eave/rake overhangs, masonry porch piers, bays or mixed cladding materials so there is nothing of that style in these houses.

These houses are simply of the Craftsman style but more of the early California tradition before bungalow plans and kits swept across the country and the style lost it's original close relationship with artisan detailing, the outdoors and natural materials.
