We are finishing a new build

Cant find out how or at least by who (type of business) who such a custom panel could be incorporated for door thats insulated.

Not sure this is how it should be done but local reg glass co said they once found company that was willing and did it once, wont do it again and that door was made insulated with two clear panels with stained glass panel inserted between before insulation vacuum sealed.
