Howdy folks! Haven't been here in a while, but I wanted to pass on a tip.

A couple of lighting dealers in my town have an annual "garage sale" where they get rid of fixtures that are either being discontinued, or that they have an overstock of, or displays that they just want to clear out for new stuff. I just got this chandelier (link below) for my dining room for $250. I also got some nice wall sconces for 20 bucks each. They normally retail around $80.

So why not try calling some of the dealers in your town to see if they do something similar? Can't hurt!
