Size of this room - any idea?

I love this office layout, but I need to add a guest bed. We're still in the designing process - any idea how large this room would need to be in order to accomodate a long row of desks and a bed on one of the walls?

And here's our plan with study / guest at back left.- obviously the wall where the windows are is much longer. But we are still in the planning stages at this point. Ideas for making something like this work? 2 walls of officey stuff (builtins), one wall with closets, and one wall for bed?

I think you or your designer should draw in the stuff you want to put in there so that you can see how it will fit.

You can use homestyler.com on line to play with a room size with contents...it's free and reasonably easy to use...you might enjoy playing with it with some of your other rooms too to see how your furniture might fit or how the room might look when it's done.

A multipurpose room like that could be a good place for a murphy bed and cabinets along the left wall. You could install within your footprint or push the wall out along that side of the house and enlarge the bath a bit too.
