I suggest digging down the width of the driveway about 2' in the direction of the driveway at least the depth of the concrete tapering to about 8" deep at the end farthest from the drive. 3' would be even better and would give the ramp a more gradual slope-- but it would require more concrete. 10 feet x 3 feet x 4" to 6" would be about 1/2 yard of concrete. Then place concrete tapered from about 6" thick at the deep end and up to the surface of the drive. As soon as the concrete is firm, cover it with plastic and then cover that with dirt. Avoid driving on it for at least a week, preferably for a month. Leave the plastic for a month, even to the point of letting it just weather away. The result is a ramp with one end buried in the dirt. It will be no worse than a speed bump.
