These are such fun to watch - thank you for posting. For those of us interested in doing the same thing, have you posted a "how to"?

I think I'll work on a how-to after all is said and done and I can maximize my contribution there. For instance, I'd like to figure out how to improve the quality of the videos taken by my cheap time-lapse camera, to make those much closer in quality to my DSLR, especially in changing lighting. It may be impossible, but I want to give it a shot. I'll try to put together a how-to in a couple of months.

Do they mind my "filming" them? No, probably in part b/c things move too fast to make out specific goings-on. :) But I'm on site almost constantly with them, too, working, so they've already got their worst audience, in a way. Actually, we get along great. The builder and crew really are exceptional.
