Last stage: designing elevation

Posted by mjtx2 (My Page) on

We've basically finalized a plan and now the builders want elevations so they can get it costed out. We're building a ranch - kind of a rambling ranch. Does anyone know of a site or book that shows lots of different ranch styles? We can alter almost anything to our plans I think. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

You may want to look at and limit your search to 1 story. I would suggest looking at a variety of sq ft plan elevations if you are looking to get a feel for what you might want it to look like. Also, if you will post your plans, we may be able to give you some suggestions for the elevation. Good luck! It is fun to be at this stage in the design!
