| Without knowing more about you and your family, here are my first impressions: It's a nice-looking house and generally the traffic flow seems good. However, there are two huge windows in the master closet. They waste valuable storage apace and, even worse, limit your privacy and could possibly lead to sun-bleaching of the clothes, unless they are heavily draped. They cannot be eliminated without seriously messing up the exterior look. Also, there is no coat closet near the garage door. Maybe you live in a very mild climate where this isn't needed, but in much of the country a family closet at the family entrance is very handy. Where are you and how many people (and what ages) will be living there? What is the orientation of the house? |
