I don't know the manufacture, but I had a similar picture I took to a door/cabinet shop and they made it. If you are in NE Tx it was Andy's cabinet shop in Wolfe City Tx

Thanks suzy...unfortunately, I'm in california. I've gotten one quote for about $5500! Yikes! I can get mahogany double doors for about $2000. I need a less expensive custom door person!

I do not think this is an 8' door. It looks like 36" x 6'8" to me.

We have a 42" x 96" door. I would also be surprised if it were 4' wide as no one was willing to warranty a door wider than 42". We used Doors by Decora and were very please with the company. Our mahogany door was $3500 unstained. The production was a bit slow so I would order well ahead of time if your use them.

Our entry has 3 8'6" x 4' doors. They are a different style then the pic in the original post. I'm sure the company we used could replicate the OP. We used Craftsmen in Wood. ciwood.com

I finally got a quote back from Eto doors...much more reasonable than the first quote, although it's unstained and doesn't include trim, but I'm actually fine with that. it was about 1/2 the quote of the first company.
