| I'm looking for a one time close construction-to-perm loan for a new custom home a builder will build for me near San Antonio. Can anyone suggest possible resources? Garden Web has been so helpful in the past, so I appreciate any help. |

| Start with local banks and credit unions. Those offered the best deals in my area. |

| while they are not in San Antonio, they loan all over the state. We used them for a refi and really enjoyed working with them. Check out Baker Mortgage in Houston |
