So your looking to poach someone else's plans and then ask that person to tell you the size of their home?

The dimensions are all there. With some simple math you should be able to figure it out.

Looks like summerfield to me who at one point helped out here and there by tweaking posters plans to their wish lists or comments - drew and posted amazing things. Haven't 'seen' them around in at least a year. Sorry.

millworkman, yup, you have correctly ascertained the purpose of this post.

If you are going to do that, you might as well ask how it turned out in practice. I suspect a lot of beautiful designs turn out unlivable i practice. (A friend's father wrote a book about that, actually.)

Personally, the design is way too open for my taste. If someone is cooking fish or cabbage the living room becomes unusable, and you can't use the dining room table to do homework if someone is watching TV in the living room. I do like the library.

As always when using other people's plans, make sure you know what direction has the best views, what direction the sun comes from, and adjust accordingly.
