Frank Betz Greywell Plan

Is anyone in the process of building the Frank Betz Greywell plan with a walkout basement? I would love to see photos! We bought a lot and have been searching for weeks for the perfect plan for our family. This one seems to fit more than any others. Thanks in advance!

We are thinking about this plan as well. I would even travel to see it if someone has build it already. I would love to just be able to really walk around it.

It certainly would be!

I know I wouldn't want to be hauling laundry across the whole house and through my kitchen. Nor would I want my guests walking over 23' just to hang their coats and jackets. Nor would I want them to walk into what really is the private area to use the powder room. And I'd hate to be the kid in bedroom 3 when in the middle of the night the kid in bedroom 2 needs to use the toilet. I could go on and on, but will stop. :)
