My parents are looking to purchase a condo in the MetroWest area of Boston for occasional use when they visit family in the area. Over the weekend, we visited Westborough Village, a new community by Toll Brothers. While I would like to think new construction is nice, we have had a horrible experience with a newly-built house we recently purchased. As my parents more-seriously consider the potential investment, I did some research on Toll Brothers. One message board suggests their pretty good, and I see that their BBB rating is A+. But I also found a fairly old article from the Boston Globe citing major issues, and other forums reporting similar complaints that continue to persist on more recently-built homes in other states. Does anybody here have any recent experience with Toll Brothers; ideally anybody with first-hand experience considering Westborough Village?
