Okay. I have seen some posts that seem to use the term like "have you done sweeby?" Maybe it's referring to something this poster has done in the past.

Was is Sweeby that made the spread sheet that many people have used, or made variations of for themselves? That's the only thing I can think of that might be what you're looking for.

That would fit with what I have read. LOL I just couldn't figure it out! So where do I find this fabulous spread sheet. :)

Sweeby is a longtime GW member who years ago came up with what we now call the "Sweeby Test." It is a method of evaluating your dreams - what you are looking for, what you desire, and what you need in your home/kitchen/build project - and helping to bring them closer to reality. A way of starting with the big picture when you are really overwhelmed at the outset with all of your endless options.

"To start by focusing on your [project] as a whole, from a far-off hazy distance - to wander off into your favorite [house] fantasy and think about what it feels like, not what it looks like. ... Try to freeze that feeling in words so you can refer back to it if you find yourself losing your vision or going off track....Then look at where you are so far with the elements you have, and ask yourself if you're on the right course to create your dream."

Here is a link that might be useful: Sweeby Test
