Anyone build or in the process of building the Oak Hill Lane plan by Spitzmiller & Norris that was featured in Southern Living? We are considering this plan and would love to see pictures. All we can find online are the plans but no actual photos.

Why not email Spitzmiller & Norris?

I began our home building project by considering a S&N Southern Living plan. I contacted them and their office manager was gracious enough to send me photos of a house built using that plan. They were also more than willing to make modificaitons to the plan.

Good luck!

Thank you for your kind response! I did e-mail them and hopefully will hear something next week. I am glad to know that you had a good experience with them - especially considering modifications as there are some that we would like to make.

I emailed them a while back about something and they were responsive as well. I also would check out their website. They have lots of pictures of their custom homes on there and also lots of plans that weren't available at Southern Living last time I checked. Lots of good choices!

I built this home about 6 yrs ago. Search under blsdgal and red_lover and you will see pics if they are still here.

I don't want to post my email address here or I would email pics to you.

It is a great house. Spitzmiller & co were awesome to work with. We made a few minor changes to the house.
