Help with 4-5 bedroom house

We have been looking at plans and can not find anything that has everything we are looking for.

- master bedroom

- 2-3 other bedrooms downstairs

- Jack and Jill bathroom maybe

- dining room

- family/great room

- LARGE kitchen with a island with barstools

- 6 burner stove

-study/office/guest room

- front and back porches

- wide 2 car garage 24x24 or so

- mudroom/laundry room

- garage is a front side entry on the left of the house. Like a courtyard driveway/garage

- bonus room upstairs

- 1 bedroom and bathroom upstairs

I am wanting to stay under 3000 sq feet if possible

The you find something close and have the plan altered to your tastes.

The more detailed the 'requirements' the smaller the set of plans to pick from.

you can always flip the garage to the other side. not sure if you're talking about a 3 or 2 story house since you mentioned upstairs & downstairs but probably a 2 story. A study/office which are usually by the front door could always be converted into a guest bedroom/suite. Everything you're looking for is pretty standard on all plans...what plan do you like the most? Maybe post it & we could tweak it around here..
