Cabinet hardware, bridge faucet placement questions

Hi all! I love the progress we're all making! We're in a bit of a slow down right now, waiting for the moisture content of the subfloor and wood floor to get within appropriate range.

In the meantime, it's time for us to select cabinet hardware. Where did you get yours? Any places to avoid (like just choosing what the cabinet folks offer) or great websites to consider?

Also, we will have a 60-40 farmhouse sink and a Newport Brass bridge faucet. Should the faucet be centered on the sink or placed on the divide (meaning it will off center?)

I got mine from myknobs.com. I found the pull I wanted by ordering samples from several different places and then looked for an online source that sold both sizes that I wanted. That's why I ordered from them. Have no complaints. I ended up ordering coat hooks and towel bars from them also. I'm not sure on the faucet issue.

I would still center the faucet but I have no idea what is normal. From across the room I would want it to look symmetrical since you wouldn't know the divide of the sink unless in front of it ya know?

I haven't sourced knobs yet so no help there.
