Rosemore Place Frank Betz

Hi everyone. My husband and I recently bought a 1.5 acre lot and are trying to narrow down a houseplan we can agree on. We have 4 children and love the Rosemore plan and are considering making the formal dining a child's bedroom. Does anyone have any pictures of their house completed we could see? Thanks in advance:)

I'd make the keeping room a bedroom. It's more convenient to an already-planned bathroom, whereas a child sleeping in the dining room would have to go through the main living area to get to the bathroom.

Also, I can't help noting that although this house is modest in size, it is very "fussy" in terms of a large, complicated roofline and several bumps and jogs in the footprint that add little to the function of the house -- as a result, it's going to be pretty expensive for it's size.

We are now considering the breyerton.
