I'd make the keeping room a bedroom. It's more convenient to an already-planned bathroom, whereas a child sleeping in the dining room would have to go through the main living area to get to the bathroom.

Also, I can't help noting that although this house is modest in size, it is very "fussy" in terms of a large, complicated roofline and several bumps and jogs in the footprint that add little to the function of the house -- as a result, it's going to be pretty expensive for it's size.
