Questions for Andi K and Momo

I really enjoyed your photos of how your build is progessing. We are still in the planning process.

Andi..Your kitchen is fantastic. May I ask what your floors are..brand, etc? Love them! Also, are your cabinets custom? I really love the eclectic mix.

Momo.. is your plan a Donald Gardner plan? Very nice!

Thanks so much!

Hi farmhousegirl - thanks so much for the compliments. I just took more pics today of the floors finished along with the hood trim completed, so I'll get those up asap.

Floors are from Appalachian Woods in Stuarts Draft, VA. They are their Antique Oak Beam Sawn product - could not be happier! We also did our stair treads and stair rails in this same wood. They are 4"-7" random width and we just finished with 3 coats of Waterlox.

All cabinets are Shiloh except the dish pantry (the bluish grey next to sink). The dish pantry is from British Traditions.I am very happy with Shiloh cabs (did entire house in them) and the British Traditions is great as well.

HTH - Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good heavens a question for me!?!

Thank you for the compliment - it's actually my plan with some help from the guy who drew up our blueprints. Not sure what to call him, he went to school to become an architect but quit after 2 years.

(You made my day :-)
