I've been searching online forever but cannot pinpoint which manufacturer and model the stone veneer in the picture is. Can someone please help identify?

Definitely looks like a "dry stack" stone veneer to me. (Real stone veneer and NOT a "cultured" stone product.)

Hard to tell the color tho because, on my monitor the overall picture looks pretty bluish - including those white flowers. So, I'm guessing the stone is really a lot "warmer" overall than it looks on my monitor. With a real veneer product, the exact look you get is going to depend on the exact mix of pieces of stone you receive. I wouldn't worry too much about the manufacturer.

Lowe's carries several colors of dry stack stone veneer. You might see if one of these - or maybe even a mixture of 2 or 3 of them - would give you the look you want.

Here is a link that might be useful: Lowes dry stack stone veneers

That is real stone veneer - not a brand I think. The top looks like bluestone with fieldstone dry stack. Bluestone comes in several grades - one is primarily blue, the other has some browns mixed in. This looks like the second one - can't remember the name. It looks like a bluestone tread.

You might be able to get a similar look with gray crab orchard stone. It is less expensive than bluestone, which can be pricey (particularly in certain areas where it is not native).

We are doing bluestone on our front walkways, and pricing out bluestone, gray crab orchard and brick pavers for our back patios (upper and lower) and screened porch

Bluestone

Ok I googled it and the more consistent color bluestone is called Select Blue and the other is called Full Color. This looks like Full Color. I think select blue is more expensive but not sure if that is right.

Thanks so much everyone. This helps! If anyone is in the Bay Area, California, do let me know if you have experience or supplier info to share.

Coronado stone veneers

Here are a few that looked similar but not quite.
