At a glance, I'd say that while this plan is long on style, the rooms are all small -- especially the secondary bedrooms, which are less than 12x12, with small closets to boot! Likewise, at 17x17, the great room is going to be small once you leave the necessary walkways around the edges. Yet the complicated roofline and angles mean it'll be expensive, and it's full of expensive details like the curved kitchen island and over-sized shower (though the shower's something for which I'd be willing to pay).

Just sayin', be sure you know what you're getting into here.
