| Hi everyone,
We are about to embark on a build and are in the process of interviewing contractors. Is there a minimum - or better yet - preferred amount of liability insurance that the contractor should have? Thanks in advance! |

| Ours has 2 million but I think 1 million is required by State Law here. |
