I am looking for an approx. 2000 sq. foot house with split bedrooms; I want the master on one side and two other bedrooms on the other side of the house. I am wanting the (LR, keeping Room, and great room) near the master bedroom and the kitchen / dining room / nook on the other side of the living room. I want something like a U shaped so there can be a door from the master bedroom and one from the breakfast nook / dining area that goes to the back porch. I also want a bonus room upstairs.
