| I just had to tell someone... today we signed at the title company and transferred the funds for the downpayment!!! I'm beyond excited and freaked out and need a drink.
Sort of a stupid thread but I just had to share with someone. :D |

| Thanks guys! It sure does feel crazy and scary as h-e-l-l but at least we're all getting past that big hurdle. It'll be fun to see how we all progress through this and update our progress on the monthly build progress thread! :D |
