DIY kits are your cheapest option. Costco sells them online. I had one done over a 14ft. driveway, single gate set up and it was $11K. Can do yourself for less than half last I checked.

If you need to have electrical run out to the gate area remember to have that priced out as well. Check whether you will need a Knox box or similar for fire dept. Our double swing gate was similar in price to MFatt's (including Knox box but not electrical).

Oh yeah, I will add that our project already had power at the $11K price but we did have to have a knox box.
