Delay the cabinets until the floor is accliminated and in. If you dont get that floor done right the first time, it will never be right and you will not be happy.

Neither cabinets nor flooring nor any other finish detail should be installed without the AC being operative for a month or two to dehydrate the construction moisture in the building first.

If it's site-finished flooring (sanded after install) it's a much nicer outcome if the floors are down, sanded and first coated before cabinets go in, because the sander-technician will have to worry only about sanding, not missing the cabinets. And it will most all be drum sanded, very minimal edger-work, which always makes for a superior product.
