Second floor. All master suite. Master suite has interior balcony overlooking living room downstairs and 6 ft private walkout balcony outside. Also, change since this, door to master bath is directly in front of door to bedroom eliminating door on wall and master closet has been combined with toilet room moved to where window is.

I bet that house will have some great views from the looks of your property! Awesome :) Where are you building?

In central WV. When the leaves are off, from the Master Bedroom balcony, it over looks a big valley. Definitely beautiful views!

Nice, simple, well executed plan. I like the changes you made upstairs too. Only thing to be careful of is, is the kitchen layout. I would prefer to not have the stove near the doorway but on the same wall as the fridge, and I'd want to be careful about island design and placement to make it both as large and as convenient as possible.

There is approximately 5 ft from the edge of the stove to the door. (27 inch counter space plus 3 ft end of counter to door). The door is also a left hand active door to put the entry flow toward the kitchen.

Because of the interior balcony, there has to be a support post as the end of the island (reason for island placement). We are putting in a second "fake" post on the opposite end of the island with trim around the top of the island.

Thank you all! Building is an exciting but aggravating experience. I want it to move along faster.
