Thoughts on Bluwood or Zip System for framing packages

Currently I was looking at using zip system for roofing and sheathing. I have seen bluwood used on many tv shows and am curious about this product. Any info on either product would be helpful. I am in Tennessee and not even sure it bluwood is available or if code even allows it if classified as p.treated wood. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
