I bought a Napoleon LHD50N2 two sided one. I don't know how much the Regency is but I paid ~ $5k for it. It's approx. $4k for the one-sided version.

I've been looking for something similar. We, too, won't be using it very often, but I wanted something that will look nice. This one is only 43", but it has all the features I was looking for and I like the price. I haven't ordered it yet, so I can't give any reviews.
