| Hello!
We are two weeks from closing. I need some advice! Do you have a home inspection on a new build? or is it a waste of money? Thank you in advance! |

| We hired an independent inspector months ago to periodically inspect our new build. He will be coming back out right before closing. It definitely gives me peace of mind. |
