Hi everyone, this may seem silly, but i bought a bunch of these in-floor half-dome door stoppers. Now I realize that the door does not have enough gap at the bottom. so when it swings, it hits the metal part at the base of the door stop rather than going above to hit the rubber.

is there a way to adjust the door slightly so it can clear the metal door stop? just want to check to see if there is an easy fix?
otherwise i will scrap all of these door stops and buy new ones (plan b).
