We are scheduled to move on May 31st. My builder and project manager keep telling us we're on schedule, but I don't buy it. It seems like the list of little things that still need to be done or fixed is too long to possibly be finished by then. Anyone else feeling this way? Or even better, has anyone had this experience and you really did get in on time?

On our last build, they were still at the house finishing up stuff on the punch list when we were at the settlement table. They also finished stuff the rest of that week. Hope that isn't the case with this current build, but who knows.

Oh yeah :) We were supposed to be done Wednesday. Not done. We have to move by June 20th (sold our house) so I am just going to ride them until we get there ;)

I'd suspect they're hoping you'll go easy on their punch list in your hurry to close and move in...

athensmomof3-That's a bummer. I'm riding them so hard right now and they keep telling me to relax, but it's not going to happen. Nor am I going to easy on our punch list. I'll move in with my parents and move most of our stuff into the house, but it's going to be done right.
