Hi. We have been working with our Architect since January and I think we have the final floor plan minus a few tweaks. I'm a newby to posting photos, so forgive me, if I don't get them up right the first time.

A little background info, this is in a mountain community built as a second home/retirement home. We have 3 grown children, some married, but no grandkids yet. We have a 3 acre lot bordering the national forest at the rear which faces east. Looking towards the street, you are facing west. We have amazing views, west, north and east. Our home is unusual as the front door faces south and the length of the home runs west to east. It is also sloping upward from west to east. In order to accomodate the natural sloping and minimize the blasting required, we have 3 stories. Lower level - garage and basement, main level - living areas and MB and upper level - guest rooms.
