Given your other windows, I'd choose option A (to match the taller ones to the right).

I would use two windows instead of three, which would create more of a horizontal look that would mimic the windows in the garage door. I think that would tie that element in better, and also echo the horizontality of the beltline roof. And maybe use a feature color for them to set them apart.

That was our original configuration, so glad folks like it. I also quicky mocked-up Holly's suggestion - see here:

I don't think I like this as much as "A", but would be interested to hear what others think.

Holly's suggestion is a good one, and I like it. One of the things that was bugging me in your original was the garage door windows.

So, I could go either way on A or H(olly). If you prefer A, then do what you'd like.
