Tile finish in kitchen/bathroom

I searched for polished tile for kitchen/bathroom floors and everything I found said no to polished tile in kitchens/bathrooms.

I posted in the kitchen forum and asked what's an acceptable coefficient of friction (COF) for tile in kitchens but never got an answer.

So, what do you think? Do you have a polished or matte finished tiles in your kitchen/bathroom floors? Do you know the COF?

I found a semi-polished porcelain tile that has a COF of 0.68 dry and 0.61 wet. Should I assume this is not good enough and just go with tiles with a matte finish?

Thanks!
