Do you think it would be okay to use Daltile's Semi-gloss Urban Putty 3x6 for my kitchen backsplash and use a tumbled marble (I can do 4x4 or 3x6) for my fireplace surround?

The color that I originally chose for my fireplace is on backorder for 8 weeks. :(

Or would you suggest sticking with tumbled marble for both, or the subway 3x6 semi-gloss for both?

It's an open floor plan.
