Our painter quoted Sherwin Williams but didn't specify which formula.

Have the Promar 200 - hate it. It cannot be cleaned at all. The contractor used it in the bathrooms too and it shows drips from water, such as when you dry your hands on a towel or wash your face in the sink.

Ours is flat.

Our painter used SW Promar 400 in a flat finish. I've touched up a couple of spots and it doesn't blend in as well as I had hoped. I haven't noticed any issues in the bathroom as mentioned previously.

I think flat paint in any brand will do the above mentioned things. Its supposed to be easier to touch up though so I am stumped there done_again.

Repco lite hallmark eggshell, satin for trim. I painted and I really liked it. No sagging nice coverage. $40 bucks a gallon.

I have always found that flat paint will actually wipe of the walls when using a wet rag. Eggshell or satin paint will not wipe off with a wet rag which makes it easier for cleaning.

Our painter used SW Super Paint. We had more work completed and that company used SW Duration. I have to agree it is a much better paint than SP.

We have the Promar 400. All walls were primed first. Used Eggshell on walls and flat on ceilings except showers had eggshell too.

I notice that it "flashes" when touched up and It happens were the oil based trim was oversprayed on the walls and then painted...it's shiny in those spots. Drives me crazy...but I am the pickiest person....

Exterior is Super Paint...love it...water beads off nicely. Used a clear sealer first.
