Birchwood Plan by Don Gardner

Is anyone building the Birchwood plan by Don Gardner or has built this house? We are in the process of picking out plans and this is the top contender right now. It has everything we want with a few minor changes. I just wanted to see pictures or any changes anyone else has done. Thanks
