I'd leave it as is. The dark tones read wood, as they should. The windows are white, the wood should distinguish itself then the trim matches the windows.

I think you are spot on w/ the exterior colors. Once the beams are stained your vision will come to fruition.
The second guessing is the worst part about the building process. It's looking beautiful, carry on!

The shutters on the wider windows are out of scale - they could not possibly be functional. I'd consider removing them from those windows.
