Hello! I am a student at the UCLA Anderson School of Management that is part of a student team conducting research on home teardowns and building. As part of this research we are conducting a survey of homeowners and could really use your input. Please take a moment to fill out this survey to help out our team and for a chance to win one of two $100 gift cards from Amazon.com. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I tried, but could not get your ranking question to work, so had to stop.
