Construction Loans in Tri-State Area.. Who did you use?

Was looking online for places in my area that do construction-to-permanent financing.. Figured it would be easier to do a one close deal.. I have contacted Wells Fargo so far and according to my phone conversation they said that the current rates are about 4.25 which I thought was fairly good.. Just curious if anyone in my area (NJ) was in the process of building, recently built, or looking to build in the future and had any recomendations.. Thanks

I used Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Pricing was very attractive at the time (about 1.5 yrs ago).

i used Southern Herigate bank. They had the best pricing and features for a construction loan.
