Your master bath looks tight. I'd go for just one sink so you can have some drawers for storage; I'd also make the closet narrower (no back rack, just the two sides top and bottom in the picture) and give some of that space to the master bath. When you have a perpendicular closet rack as shown, the corners are dead space anyway, so you're not gaining that much with that back wall closet rack. You could always use it for a narrower wall mounted shoe rack or similar.

I'd make the bottom wall of the DR an actual wall and have the door for the bedroom/study open off the hall rather than the great room. More private that way if anyone ever uses it as a bedroom. If you will never use it as a bedroom, then opening to the great room is ok, but if it's ever a guest room or bedroom I'd want a more private door.

Placement of the windows in the BR just above the garage seems odd, unless it's to accommodate a bed against the lower wall. I'd map out furniture in that room, to scale, to make sure it works with the window placement.

It looks like you have made modifications but the plan is too small to see.

Does your lot demand the garage on the front? So many modern houses have half or more of the front facade taken up with a big, ugly, gaping garage door. Consider moving it somewhere out of sight if at all possible.

It looks like you turned the kitchen and put it where the screen porch is, and made the dining room a walkthru with very few walls, and much larger...

Well, I'd absolutely not have the floating stove.

And, I think you need to keep some walls.
Is there a reason you want to move the kitchen? Where it was offered some privacy to the bedrooms, and it was close to the garage door for easier grocery mov't from car to kitchen...
