Strange question- Sonic Drive In's

Some of the newer Sonic Drive In's, like the one on the south side of Casper, Wyoming, has glass garage doors that open during warmer months.
I looked closely at the 'edges', and the rubber weatherstripping seems to be tight.
I doubt if I could use this as a big window that could be open in the summer, but it might be a great porch that can open to the outside or a breezeway.
My question is : can this be fitted tight by an garage door installer, or was this something that is only achievable by specialty builders?

I soooo want as much glass/light as possible!

Overhead glass doors are not used for residences because they are very expensive, a bit roughly detailed inside, don't meet current energy codes and there are better alternatives that fold to the side.

We have a Clopay Avante garage door. It is not airtight.

Is the space heated and/or cooled?

The space is heated. I don't know about cooled, as the door is open in the summer.
I have seen some of the folding /sliding doors on Houzz. They are way out of my price range. An 8 foot garage door is in my range, but the air-tightness/insulation is my exact concern...
I hate the look of sliders, but that might be my only option.
