How to make this plan work?

Maybe my other post had too much info/too many plans.

How can I make this plan work for our needs?

1. There's not much mudroom space and I'd prefer the laundry to be closer to the master bedroom.
2. Not sure I like the kitchen.
3. Will the eating area off of the kitchen be big enough? I don't know if those dimensions are the floor space or what.
4. The master shower needs to be larger.
5. Formal living and dining would be music room and school room. I would like closets in there and maybe not be entirely open to the foyer.
6. I don't care for the upstairs at all. I want bathrooms that have entrance from the hall. Don't need 3 baths upstairs and would like laundry upstairs as well.

Can I get this plan to work?

You don't like the upstairs at all; you don't like most of the downstairs.

Why even try to make this plan work? Find a plan you DO like!

To be fair, I didn't say I didn't like the main level. :) The downstairs is very doable. There are just a few places I need to double check sizes and such to make sure.

But yes, the upstairs will not work for our family.

Maybe I am not searching right on all these plan sites? I have just been looking for a plan with a formal dining and living and/or hearth room so that I have space for the school room, music room. Most plans don't have a "school room".
