Our exterior colors are a heather brown roof, brown prairie windows with brown plank shutters, chestnut ledgestone (very cool colors - no strong oranges or tans) and offwhite or bone trim.

For our siding we selected shakes and traditional lapboard in Irish Thistle (gray-green)

My husband wants to consider a complimentary color instead of doing both the same. I need to see pictures of others and I am not having a lot of luck on houzz.
