| Occasionally a conversation comes up here about vaulted / 2-story ceilings. I just thought I'd post a link to a thread on the Kitchens forum that discusses the OP's challenges with heat in the vaulted ceiling (rather than near the floor.) Anyone planning on a vaulted space might want to read this and talk to their builder about the best ways to promote air circulation -- might be easier to build something in from the get-go rather than after the fact.
