If you are thinking of locking in your loan with them, they have some sort of deal/rebate where we are getting close to half of our closing costs paid for by them (close to $7k). I don't know any of the details -- DH is handling the loan, but he told me Friday we just happened to score that extra cash that we hadn't plan for! We are putting 20% down, but I know with this loan you can put as little as 10% down up to $1 mil with no PMI.
