| If you are thinking of locking in your loan with them, they have some sort of deal/rebate where we are getting close to half of our closing costs paid for by them (close to $7k). I don't know any of the details -- DH is handling the loan, but he told me Friday we just happened to score that extra cash that we hadn't plan for! We are putting 20% down, but I know with this loan you can put as little as 10% down up to $1 mil with no PMI. |

| We are considering them so I will check in with our contact there. Is one of you a doctor/lawyer/dentist/accountant though? I was under the impression the 10% with no PMI deal was only with their executive program and I'd hate for someone to get the wrong idea. I hope I'm wrong though! |

| Yes, sorry. It is the professionals loan. I don't know all the professions, but check with them if you think you are in a stable $$ profession. |
