Is that a walkout basement? I don't see a door.

I'm not seeing enough of the plan...where do the stairs come down? Is there a walkout? Windows?

You also need to think about how much space you want devoted to each activity...bar, play, craft...and whether or not you want just flooring to divide the spaces or if you want walls and doors or maybe just columns...is it a problem of noise traveling between the functions? Or would you prefer the flexibility of having people spread out throughout the whole space in a party situation?

Figure out the function first, and the form will follow.
